Privacy Policy

Sable is designed around privacy-safe sleep guidance. Raw Apple Health samples stay on your device and are not sent to Sable servers.

Sable stores app account identifiers, check-in answers, sleep logs you enter, restoration and Sleep Age trend state, habits and personalization preferences, purchase entitlement state, privacy-safe runtime issue reports, and sync metadata needed to operate the app.

You can export your app data and use Delete My Data in Settings. Sable does not use cross-app tracking.
